This will be helpful later on. Then put you back to the wall you were facing when you first started the fight. Bandelus will run into the next room, but before you continue, shoot the farthest barrel until it blows up. This deactivates the blue laser in front of you. Then run to the steel crate, and while your running, count to three then roll. If you did it right Bandelus's shots will miss you. Next put your back to the wall near the crate. Pop out and shoot Bandelus, I recommend shotgun but you can use whatever you want. When his life is at 3/4 two guys will run from the room you started in. If you successfully rolled under the laser in the beginning the trap will go off and kill them both. If not, using your submachine gun, push A to get away from the wall but DON'T MOVE! If you do Bandelus will catch you in a cross fire. Take out the guys and return to the wall. When his life is at 1/3 he will rush at you. Him him with the machine gun and HIT HIM HARD! Drill at least a seven round burst into him. He will rush again and again so run to the first room and keep sniping him when he shows up. He will die soon after that. Submitted by Hamesh Defeat Turret-Gun Boss To beat the boss with the turrent gun start out against the pole where the movie ended. Back up from the boss (with pistol in hand) to the bottom right, out of his firing range. Blow up the boxes against the pole. Then get your back against the pole and swing out to the right or the outside. The next pole down there will be barrels. Blow them up and then run to that pole. Get in the same position when you shot the barrels and switch to another gun. After he is done firing swing out to the left or inside and shoot him a few times. Keep on repeating until he dies. He won't move toward you at all until the last few shots. Submitted by hailjh Defeat the Fire Boss When you first start out there are two men on boxes going back and forth and the boss is runnig right by a box, when he gets near to it shoot the box and it will blow up and do alot of damage. Then get rid of the two men on boxes after they are gone run(or roll)up to the boss (avoiding his fire) and crouch right beside him. Once there you can take as many shots as you want and the flames won't hit you. Also when the flame thrower boss is flashing (after he takes damage) his flames flash as well. In other words, if you hit him right before his flames hit you, you won't take damage because he's flashing. Second lock on to the boss using the C-down key. Next run back and forth across the room stopping suddenly and going the other way. Each time you stop fire a few rounds at the boss. OR You use any gun and lock on to him with down c, then when he shoots rockets you roll underneath him and get back up and start shooting him. After while you end up killing him, by using roll technique. Build 2 APCs, and put them each to a C-button. Now build 10 engineers, split hem into 2 groups of 5, put each group on a C-button, and load each group onto an APC. Now, drive the APCs over to the enemy base, and park them next to the NOD construction yard/barracks/airstrip. If the APCs are blown up, it's okay, the engineers will walk out still alive. Send all the engineers into NOD buildings, going into the construction yard first. Now, whenever you blow up a NOD building, they won't be able to replace it. And, if you captured their Hand of Nod or airstrip, then they won't be able to build any more units if you blow them all up. When you hear "Construction Complete" or "Unit Ready", hold Z and press A. The game will say, "Building," and you get another copy of the unit you selected. It still costs the same, but doing this is much quicker and easier, and you don't have to take your eyes off the battle field. Submitted by Insane2757 NOD Attack Helicopters As you may be aware, in Command & Conquer there is a helicopter called the Orca attack helicopter. This helicopter can be only used by GDI but in addition to this helicopter there is another one. The game calls it an "Attack Helicopter." What it is a helicopter that use the same ammunition as normal GDI guard towers (it has the same loud sound as the guard towers). The Nod attack helicopter holds much more ammo than an Orca, but it's bullets or less efficient at destroying armor than Orcas. However, attack helicopters CAN destroy armor, even concrete walls. But they are best used for picking off stray enemy guards roaming around. For the best results make teams of Orcas and attack helicopters. Use the Orcas to destroy armor or a building and have the attack helicopters clean up the personnel that spill out of the destroyed units/structures. Anyway, here's how to get the attack helicopters. First of all this code only works for the Brotherhood of Nod (hence the "Nod Attack Helicopters" code). Once you get far enough in the game, GDI will gain possession of Orca technology. What you have to do to get Attack Helicopters is to simply steal a GDI helipad with an engineer and maybe a weapons factory or construction yard. Once you have possession of these key buildings you will gain the ability to build Attack Helicopters just like GDI can build Orcas. In fact, both Orcas and Attack Helicopter icons appear in the right menu bar. Also, if you build on extra helipad it comes with an Attack Helicopter instead of an Orca. The Attack Helicopter perform just like the Orcas; VTOL (vertical takeoff and landing), same armor (although the Attack Helicopters have a longer life bar, their actual health is pretty much the same), speed, and cost (both cost 1200 credits). Turok 1 Auto Shotgun in First Level After you've killed the first two dinosaurs in the level, walk down the narrow passageway. When you reach the end turn to your left look up and you'll see a cliff lower than the rest of the cliffs climb up the wall directly underneath the cliff. When you get to the top you'll see a guy with a pulse rifle cannon, a box of shotgun shells. Defeat him, then enter the narrow passageway to get the auto shotgun. Charge Dart Shot Levels In Turok 2, the Charge Dart Rifle has different strengths to its shots depeding on how long you hold the Z button. Also, the longer you hold the button, the straighter and farther the shots will go. Here is how long you have to hold the Z button to attain the different levels... Red - Shocks the enemy for approx. 5 seconds. Tap the Z button. Orange - Shocks the enemy for approx. 10 seconds. Hold the Z button for about half a second. Yellow - Shocks the enemy for approx. 15 seconds. Hold the Z button for about a second before releasing. Green - Shocks the ememy for approx. 20 seconds. Hold the Z button for 2 seconds. Blue - Shocks the enemy for approx 25 seconds. Hold the Z button for about 3 seconds to attain this shot. *NOTE* This takes 2 away from your ammo instead of the usual 1. Be careful because the trick will stop working when you pick up a health bonus. Lock Spring "Fix" In Turok 2, your crosshairs move to the default position if you move forward or backward, even with the lock spring option turned off, unless you are holding the analog in a direction the whole time. Some gamers may find this annoying, but there is a way to fix it. Remember the warning in the front of every instruction booklet? "Do not hold the analog while turning the system on!" Highlight the shotgun and push a to scroll forward through the weapons. When you get to the tek bow stop and cycle backwards through the weapons using B untill you get to the Tek Bow. Now pull out your Tek Bow and shoot an enemy as fast as you can. The enemy will fly up as though you have shot it with a scorpion launcher. When it falls down it will be dead!
